 Stephen Yaw Ntiamoah, FCA, is a Deputy Director of Finance and Head of Management Accounting Division at University of Energy and Natural Resources. A Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana with 15 years of progressive experience in the tertiary education administration, including 12 years in management positions. He is a member of the Institute of Directors-Ghana and Institute of Internal Auditors Ghana. He is Certified Expert in Climate and Renewable Energy Finance and a Certified Project Finance Analyst.

He is specialized in Budgeting, Financial Reporting, Auditing, Taxation and Project Financial Management, with a strong record of enhancing financial transparency, compliance, and operational efficiency. Proven ability to manage complex project budgets, lead financial reporting processes, and oversee the financial planning and execution of large-scale donor funded projects. Demonstrates strong leadership, analytical skills, and a strategic mindset, with a commitment to public service values and sound financial governance. Recognized for delivering results in high-pressure environments and aligning financial management with organizational objectives.

Stephen Yaw Ntiamoah is currently a Doctor of Business Administration Candidate. He has Masters in Business Administration (Accounting) and Higher National Diploma in Accountancy.
